Art and Nature Trips

Arts Humanitas will host curated Art and Nature Trips, which are invite-only excursions for potential supporters and encourages attendees to carry the Biennale's themes beyond the exhibition to keep the momentum going.  Each trip invites a small group of approximately 12-15 people to see nature through artists' lens, pairing landscapes with the art, culture, and craft they have inspired.  Participants visit artist studios, hike protected landscapes, and share meals and conversation to deepen their connection to nature, ecology, and each other.  Beginning in May 2027, the trips will give attendees, artists, and supporters a way to stay engaged between Biennale editions, turning a three-day event into a lasting community.  Trip proceeds will support the trip expenses, the Biennale and Arts Humanitas' programs, continuing to build a base of committed supporters and a more sustainable funding model.

The inaugural trip will be to Cote d'Azur in May 2027, and future destinations under consideration include: Aix-Provence, France; Norway; Primeval Forrests in Europe & Alpine Art Communities; Bend, Oregon; Colorado; Portugal; San Miguel, Mexico, and others
